A New Training Session

I'm back !   :)   Starting a new training regimen next week.  It sounds like the facility uses a Pilates type method.  We will be using strength training bands and working on core muscle strength.  Mostly using resistance training - no machines involved.  My good friend recommended it to me.  It sounds great for both toning and strength.  I'll be in touch to let you know!  Also, don't forget my YouTube video: muscles for crushing and thanks again to all who email me at musclegirlnextdoor@gmail.com.  I love meeting you and getting to know you.  Oh, life is fun...   :)  (Squeeze, Squeeze)

Thank You!

Here's a shout out to everyone who has been contacting me.  It's been so much fun talking to you and getting to know you.  Better than I ever expected.  I know that some of you are still waiting to be contacted.  Hang in there!  I'm working on it.
It's Saturday morning here and I'm off to the beach (at the lake) with my daughter.  Hope we manage to soak up some sun and enjoy watching the world go by...
