Love my New Training!

Whew.  Resistance training is where it's at for me.  I've been working out 4 times a week putting all parts of my body through some tough scenarios.  In the end I feel better than ever and ready to take on the world (or at least just my little part of it).  Worked out this morning and now off to the yard for some serious clean up.  School's back in session so I love to talk with you via phone or skype anytime.  Let's talk!  My talk is cheap :)  Email me at musclegirlnextdoor@gmail.com    I can't wait!
